dmcslot Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Terms and Acceptance

This agreement is a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and dmcslot ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the dmcslot website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any services provided, you expressly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any game guidelines published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use the dmcslot platform. Continued use after any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use dmcslot services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

dmcslot reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including identity documents such as MyKad, passport or driving licence. Users who fail to provide the requested documents within the specified period risk having their accounts temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. False or misleading information provided during registration is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and freezing of funds.

All of the following information must be provided accurately:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad or passport);
• Actual date of birth;
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name;
• A valid and active email address;
• A bank account or e-wallet number registered under the same name as the dmcslot account.

You are fully responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur. Failure to update inaccurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or account verification.

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone. dmcslot will not ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dmcslot accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except for payments made via cryptocurrency.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review process. dmcslot reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for KYC verification purposes before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the dmcslot account.

dmcslot does not charge any internal processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are beyond the control of our platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus and promotion offers advertised by dmcslot are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before participating.

120% Welcome Bonus

dmcslot offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The applicable wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Additional terms that apply to all bonuses:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only;
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise;
• dmcslot reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through improper methods or fraud;

VIP Programme

dmcslot VIP programme members are divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Progress through the tiers is based on overall playing activity.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the dmcslot platform have their own rules that every user must follow. Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.

Should a technical disruption occur during a gaming session, dmcslot will work to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. In cases involving unavoidable system failures, we will apply a fair resolution policy based on available system records.

• Users may not use automated software, bots or any method that provides an unfair advantage;
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to customer support immediately;
• dmcslot reserves the right to void rounds or transactions affected by technical errors;
• Winnings resulting from deliberately exploited system bugs will not be paid out.

7. Prohibited Conduct

dmcslot maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, abuse and unethical behaviour. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities;
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without valid authorisation;
• Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system or games;
• Using any software or automated method to influence game outcomes;
• Making repeated deposits and withdrawals without genuine intent to play (money laundering);
• Harassing, threatening or behaving rudely towards support staff;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

dmcslot reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or licensing compliance requirements.

Users may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion through customer support. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes will be processed as a priority and without unnecessary additional questions.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid account balance will be returned to the user after the necessary review is completed. Processing time depends on the complexity of the case.
